Vitamin D Decreases Pain Due To Depression And Type 2 Diabetes

Researchers from Loyola University Chicago have found out that Vitamin D decreases pain in women who are suffering from type 2 diabetes and depression. The findings were presented at a research conference at the Loyola’s Health Sciences Campus last October 24, 2013.  Todd Doyle, Ph.D., lead author of the study and a clinical psychology fellow at the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine or SSOM, said that pain is a serious problem among women who are suffering from depression and type 2 diabetes.
